Barsham entertained First & Last at Beef Meadow in the Suffolk Junior Cup and won an eventful game 5-4 on penalties after a 4-4 draw.

Barsham took the lead through Luke Ellis with a rasping shot following a pass from Harry Frost. They extended their lead when Ellis fired a cracking shot into the roof of the net.

The visitors made it 2-2 after the break so the match went to extra-time and in the first period Frost scored his first Barsham goal after receiving an excellent through ball from Jake Francis.

Defender Francis was the next youngster to open his goal account when he headed home from a pin point Nick Wells pass. With the last kick of the game the visitors snatched their second equaliser so it was down to penalties, with Aaron Godbold converting the decisive kick. Ellis, Wells, Frost and Matt King also converted.
