BECCLES Rugby Club faces a busy weekend with two big games taking place at Beef Meadow.
First of all Beccles host West Norfolk in a must-win league game. Beccles are currently one point behind second-placed Ipswich and need to win if they want to keep up their push for promotion from London Division Four North East.
There is a VP lunch before the game, so a big crowd is expected. Beccles drew at West Norfolk earlier in the season and felt they were unlucky not to come away with both the points. They will be determined not to slip up on this ocassion.
The second game is on Sunday when Beccles take on North Walsham in the semi-final of the Woodfordes Norfolk Cup. The winners of the game will host the final, so there is every incentive for Beccles to give everything they have against a team currently playing in London Division One.
Both games are at Beef Meadow and both kick off a 2.15pm, so come along and cheer Beccles on to a victorious weekend.
