NEIL Renaut scooped all three first team awards as Bungay Town FC held its presentation evening at the Maltings Meadow clubhouse on Saturday.The midfielder had a fine first season with the club, missing only two games and proving a big asset with his work rate, ball winning and distribution as the team finished a creditable sixth in their first season back in senior football in the Anglian Combination Division One.

The midfielder had a fine first season with the club, missing only two games and proving a big asset with his work rate, ball winning and distribution as the team finished a creditable sixth in their first season back in senior football in the Anglian Combination Division One.

He won the Supporters', Manager's and Players' Player of the Year awards, presented by new first team manager Mike Derbyshire.

The Reserves won promotion back to Division Four of the Anglian Combination, and versatile Justin Doughty won the two Reserves awards - Manager's Player of the Year and Players' Player of the Year Player, and those two awards also went to the same player in the A team - 16-year-old Adam Bradshaw, who showed great potential after coming into the side in the first half of the season.

Kevin Ellis took the two Bungay Veterans awards - Manager's and Players' Player of the Year. For the U18s, who had a tough season in the strong east division of the Ridgeon's Youth Floodlit League, Jack Tipple won the Players' Player award and Steve Batt the Manager's Player award.

Bungay Ladies had a good season, and were in line for promotion until the final few games. Central defender Kelly Garrison won their Manager's Player of the Year award, and their youngest player, Jenny Head, the Players' Player award.

In the Sunday teams, Nairn Black won the first team Manager's award, being ever-present in the side, with striker Kevin Talbot getting the Players' award. Ben Sprake won the Manager's Award for the Sunday Reserves with Sam Olley taking the Players' award. The golden boot award for the club's top scorer went to Ash Ling, who scored prolifically for the Saturday Reserves and the Sunday teams. And the Chairman's Mug for services to the club went to Graham Mickleburgh, with Ainsley Baynes getting the chairman's certificate for attitude improvement.

The Reserves received their plaques for finishing second in the Anglian Combination Division Four.
