Bungay Cherry Tree Angling Club is holding a ‘Meet the Club’ session on Saturday July 23 from 6pm to 8.30pm.
It will be at Falcon Meadow on the River Waveney above the weir on Saturday, July 23 from 6pm to 8.30pm.
It comprises some members fishing and retaining catches to show at end, as a small demonstration/match. At this stage it is non-participatory by members of the public because it is a public place. Committee officers will hand out club details and there will be a short presentation/commentary with various information handout leaflets by the secretary.
The committee will hand out specific invitations to non-members for the second evening’s event the following day at the Earsham layby pit (6pm to 8.30pm).
Free unsophisticated barbecue for those with invitation, and club members.
