Beccles were represented in five finals and won three county titles at the Suffolk County Ladies’ finals.
The winners were: Two Bowl Triples, Rachel Clarke, Tracey Knights and Anne Hawkins. Over 50s Two Bowl Pairs, Tracey Knights and Anne Hawkins. Mixed Triples, Tracey Knights, Mark Todd and Ben Harber. Runners-up were: Triples, Rachel Clarke, Tracey Knights and Anne Hawkins. Pairs, Rachel Clarke and Anne Hawkins.
In their concluding match in the Men’s Norfolk County League, Beccles visited Diss needing a win to keep their championship hopes alive – and won 101-75, picking up six points. However, Acle won the title by two points, with Beccles second.
