Hales and Loddon Cricket Club will be holding their pre-season work party this weekend to get the newly-formed club ready for the new season.
Work will take place across the weekend, with a 10am start both tomorrow and Sunday, with the Hales ground the meeting point.
Work has taken place this week on the outfield, but there are many jobs to do before the Club Day, which is on Sunday, April 24.
The club now have their captains in place, with Phil Squire Alliance first team captain, Andy Baker second team Norfolk League skipper and Pete Dye the third team Norfolk League captain.
The club is also running Sunday fixtures, as well as Youth teams at U17, U15, U13, U11 and U10 level. The youth training for U13 starts on April 18 at Hales 6.30pm, with U15 training with the seniors starting Tuesday, April 26, with Quorn Handley.
Tonight there is a get together at the White Horse, Chedgrave, with all players invited, from 7.30pm.
