Jack Frost put paid to any hopes the Notley's Lowestoft League had of completing the second round of the Brighty Driving Tuition KO Cup as all bar two of the scheduled fixtures were postponed because of frozen pitches.

This included all scheduled league games.

The two games to beat the freeze were at Hopton, where second division Hopton White Hart took first division Waveney Reserves to extra time following a 2-2 scoreline at 90 minutes, but following an incredible six goals in extra time, it was the visitors who progressed into the last eight. They will be joined by Spexhall who defeated second division Tudor 4-2 at Benjamin Britten High School.
