Preparations are in the advanced stages to welcome up to 700 runners to Bungay on Sunday, February 17 for the ninth staging of the Great East Run.
This year the main sponsor is Elgoods Brewery from Wisbech who are giving a bottle of their Black Dog Ale to each finisher of this 20km road race.
Other principle sponsors B1st Sports and Leisure shop in Beccles and ASDA Lowestoft have also contributed so that each runner will also pick up a medal and goody bag as a memento of the day.
Each year the race gets bigger and attracts both experienced and novice runners from all over England. Interested runners can still enter via the race website or before 10 30am on race day.
