CLAIRE Gasking, from Beccles Royales Gymnastics Club, won her place in the Regional Recreational Apparatus finals which took place in November at Pipers Vale Gymnastics club in Ipswich.
CLAIRE Gasking, from Beccles Royales Gymnastics Club, won her place in the Regional Recreational Apparatus finals which took place in November at Pipers Vale Gymnastics club in Ipswich.
She competed on two pieces of apparatus, the beam where she scored a creditable 11.75, even with a fall, and achieving 11th place out of 18 competitors.
On her preferred apparatus - the floor - she achieved a score of 12.90, sixth out of 19 gymnasts, and only three off first place.
