Hannah stars with excellent hat-trick

Beccles Ladies were at home to Reepham, and they took al three points after a fine display.
Beccles had a flowing move from defence to attack involving five players that nearly resulted in a goal. The game was end-to-end but neither team could land the killer blow.
On 21 minutes the ball was fed to Jodie Sharp whose shot rebounded into the goal to break the deadlock. That lifted Beccles and they started to play with confidence and soon the score was 2-0 as the ball was pulled back to Hannah Eaton who struck home on 25 minutes.
Beccles played excellent hockey and on 13 minutes increased their lead when Eaton scored.
On 19 minutes a fine team effort was capped by some individual brilliance when Eaton drove down the left and rode some tackles to complete her hat-trick.

The win takes Beccles to ninth in Division One of the Empresa League with four matches to go.
