AFTER only six weeks' preparation, Jacqui Beckingham, Sarah Gower, Amy Finch and David Hall attempted and completed the Norwich 100 bike ride in a time of 7.
AFTER only six weeks' preparation, Jacqui Beckingham, Sarah Gower, Amy Finch and David Hall attempted and completed the Norwich 100 bike ride in a time of 7.5 hours (with the help of back-up man Paul).
After much soul searching and sore body parts they are talking about next year's event and any other events in between.
