The Beccles & Gorleston Shukokai Karate Group (SKG) held their annual dinner/dance presentation evening at the Hotel Victoria in Lowestoft. Special guest of honour was Sensei Barry Tatlow who presented Sensei Kantu Patel with his very much-deserved 5th Dan grade.

Special guest of honour was Sensei Barry Tatlow who presented Sensei Kantu Patel with his very much-deserved 5th Dan grade.
Sensei Patel then awarded the Student of the year accolades to Dominic Cutter (Gorleston) and Evelyn Killaspy (Beccles).
Along with student of the year a few were awarded certificates of merit too for good attitude and effort in all aspects of their martial arts. The evening was rounded off with a meal and disco.
