At Bungay Golf Club 48 lady golfers took part in a 14-hole stableford fun competition in teams of four. Organised by Sue Strutt-Holmes, it included a mystery bunker score and two hidden holes there was also nearest the pin prizes on the 12th which were won by Christine Ashe and Kay Hardy.

Organised by Sue Strutt-Holmes, it included a mystery bunker score and two hidden holes there was also nearest the pin prizes on the 12th which were won by Christine Ashe and Kay Hardy.
The day was a great success and the overall winners were Anne Smith, Margaret Hoffman, Christine Ashe and Penny Adams. With Pimms as an appetiser the day ended with the lady captain Alison Nielson hosting a luncheon party for 54 people.
