Magic mark achieved

An excellent turnout of over 300 runners took part in the final evening Wroxham 5k race.

Amongst the runners were eight Bungay Black Dogs and once again Chris Chorley had a good run to just break the magic 20 minute mark by one second to finish in 98th place with ever improving Robin Wilson very close behind in 20:06 minutes in 103rd place.

Robbie James and Bruce Rayner had a good tussle with Robbie just edging it in 20:32 (118th) with Bruce clocking 20:45mins (124th).

Bobbie Sauerzapf completed the race in 23:16 (180th) with David Punt a few seconds behind in 23:34 (193rd). Novice runners Katy James and Karen Waters egged each other on but were just outside achieving a sub 30 minute time finishing in 30:22 in 275/6th places.
