Beccles Town Football Club chairman Arnie Poll welcomed new first team manager Mick Broxup and players to first training session of the 2008/9 season (pictured).

Beccles Town Football Club chairman Arnie Poll welcomed new first team manager Mick Broxup and players to first training session of the 2008/9 season (pictured).

Broxup is a former player, having served under Paul Drew in the 95/96 and 96/97 seasons, finishing top scorer with 25 goals in his last season before moving on to management with Oulton Broad.

Initially, training will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, under the direction of Alan Barnard and Colin Greengrass, before reverting to Wednesday evenings in a few weeks' time.

Any players interested in playing for Anglian Combination Premier Division Beccles Town are welcome to go along and join in.
