Running fun for kids

Are your kids bored when they come home from school? Do they enjoy a bit of a run around? Then how about trying running as a sport?

Under the Sport Unlimited Scheme, Bungay Black Dog Running Club will be holding 'Come And Try Running' sessions for young people for eight weeks starting on Monday, February 1 at 3.

Under the Sport Unlimited Scheme, Bungay Black Dog Running Club will be holding 'Come And Try Running' sessions for young people for eight weeks starting on Monday, February 1 at 3.45pm. The venue will be Bungay Middle School. Each session will run for an hour and will cost 50p. The sessions will be non competitive, led by qualified coaches and, most importantly, will be fun. No special kit is needed, just something safe and comfortable to run in. Come once or complete all eight. All ages from 11-19 can be accommodated.
