THE weather was sunny and the course in perfect condition when 24 players turned out for a recent social golf event at Bungay and Waveney Valley Golf Club.
THE weather was sunny and the course in perfect condition when 24 players turned out for a recent social golf event at Bungay and Waveney Valley Golf Club.
In teams of four, full handicap stableford with the best two scores to count the winners were: the captain, Len Bird, Steve Collins, Ben Beaugeard and ladies' captain, Alison Nielsen - a hidden hole competition was won by Rod Latham, Robin Tozer, Christine Cundey and George Ling.
The event was rounded off with a healthy pasta and salad supper and the organiser Penny Adams thanked everyone who took part.
