Students make the grade
Shukokai Karate Group's annual dinner and dance with presentations was held at Caldecott Hall on September 5.The night's highlights included Student of the Year; awarded for all their hard work, effort, continued dedication and attitude towards their training and supporting the association in all its activities - Gorleston club: Ben Milner, Beccles club: Amy Richards.

The night's highlights included Student of the Year; awarded for all their hard work, effort, continued dedication and attitude towards their training and supporting the association in all its activities - Gorleston club: Ben Milner, Beccles club: Amy Richards.
Merit Certificates were awarded to the following for commitment, attitude and support of the group: Tanya Yallop, Shaun Yallop, Jordan Casey, Dawn Taylor, Evelyn Killaspy, Julian Narborough, Trevor Daplyn, and Kevin Springall.
Dan (Black Belt) Grades were awarded retrospectively to: Ben Milner (1st), Karen Playford (1st), John Harrison (1st), Alison Milner (2nd), Carolyn Turrell (3rd), Gary Boast (3rd) and Robert Southcott (4th).
Thank you very much to everyone for making the effort and for their continuing support.
New members are always welcome. Shukokai Karate Group train on Tuesdays in Gorleston and Wednesdays in Beccles.
