Six juniors from Bungay Black Dog Running Club took part in the Interclub Cross Country at Framlingham.
Results: U-11 boys: Joshua Woodley fourth, U-13 girls: Tess Andrews first, U-13 boys: Peter Lowther first, U-15 girls: Holly Bunn first, U-15 boys: Reuben Andrews third.
Several of the seniors competed in the 5k East Coast Santa Dash over the Gorleston promenade parkrun route. Race entry fees were donated to East Coast Hospice. Rob Chenery, a second claim Black Dog, took the win in a speedy 16:13.
In the Woodbridge leg of the Suffolk Winter Cross Country League junior Holly Bunn was first in her age category, Tess Andrews third in hers and Harry Allcock third in his and fourth overall.
For the seniors, Jo Andrews was first female overall and Christine Muttitt first in her age category, Rob Chenery was fourth overall and third in his age category while Graham Sampson was first in his.
