RAVE On, a tribute to Buddy Holly and the Crickets, will be appearing at Ringsfield Village Hall on Saturday, July 31, to raise funds for the Big C appeal.
Rave On first met during Spotlight Theatre Group's production of Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story.
The company were one of the first amateur groups to attempt the production and it proved to be an amazing success with packed houses dancing in the aisles every night when it was performed in Beccles in 2008.
After the show ended the three guys decided to form a band to celebrate the life and music of Buddy Holly and all things rock and roll.
The show, which features the glamorous Rave-on-ettes backing trio, includes all of Buddy's greatest hits, plus music from other 50s stars including Elvis Presley, Eddie Cochran, Johnny Cash and a host of others.
So dig out those drape jackets, back comb your hair and get set for a rocking good evening.
