Jane Austen’s witty comedy of manners Pride and Prejudice is one of the best-loved novels of all time set at the start of the 19th century.

It tells the story of the five Bennet daughters who are in need of suitable husbands and the arrival of the wealthy Mr Bingley and his best friend Mr Darcy stir romantic thoughts among the sisters and the matrimonial matchmaking begins.

Circle 67, the Bramfield based drama group, will be performing the play at Bramfield Village Hall and The Cut in Halesworth from January 21 to 23.
