The musicians bring a melodic rock sound with influences from Radiohead, the Verve and Mass Attack, and are establishing a name for themselves on the Norwich music scene. Tickets are �3 in advance, �4 on the door.
Legendary beauty Britt Ekland is at the theatre on Thursday evening to talk candidly about her life and film career.
An Audience with Britt Ekland is sure to attract a lot of interest. She will talk about her childhood in Sweden, her big breaks, her marriage to comic superstar Peter Sellers, and her subsequent relationships with Rod Stewart, George Hamilton and Lou Adler - and there is much more, too, to this bubbly character. Next Saturday and Sunday, June 5-6, The Glass Menagerie, by Tennessee Williams, is being staged by The Open Space Theatre, and includes two familiar faces around the Fisher Theatre in the cast - Darren France and Cathy Gill. It is at 7.30pm each night and tickets are �8.50 (�6 concessions).
Meanwhile the Fisher Youth Theatre Group is preparing for its two summer productions - the junior group with St Trinians, to be staged on June 24-26, including a matinee, and the seniors with Lord of the Flies on July 15-17.
These are two more ambitious productions by the talented group. St Trinians features the chaotic country boarding school, as the young leads take an exciting journey through mystery and adventure, while tormenting teachers, going to war on the hockey pitch, braving bullies and learning that friends come in various guises.
Lord of the Flies exclusively features the talents of the boy members of the group in the stage version of William Golding's 1954 novel. The story focuses on a group of schoolboys stranded on a tropical island following a plane crash, in which no adults survive. Tickets for both productions are �7 (�5 concessions).
