ARTIST Simon Carter will be holding an exhibition at The Cut in Halesworth from Monday, until March 13.Mr Carter said: “My paintings are based on the drawings I make outside.
ARTIST Simon Carter will be holding an exhibition at The Cut in Halesworth from Monday, until March 13.
Mr Carter said: “My paintings are based on the drawings I make outside. In the studio there is a protracted, and an increasingly desperate, process of re-making those drawings - looking for something direct and unexpected that will re-present those initial moments in the landscape.”
