The Open Space Theatre Company returns to Beccles with the drama Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?
Made famous by Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton in the film version back in the 1960s, the Open Space Theatre Company features Yves Green and Peter Sowerbutts as the feuding couple who, during a night of drunken revelations, drag their guests into their private hell of a marriage.
Deliciously toxic, devastating, yet acidly funny, it’s one of the 20th century’s greatest plays.
Edward Albee’s drama will be at Beccles Public Hall on May 21 at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £10 or £8.50 for concessions available at www.becclespublichall.com or from the box office on 01502 770060.
