Beccles musical theatre group Spotlight are set to present the award winning Broadway and West End hit show The Who’s Tommy at Beccles Public Hall from June 30 to July 4.
The stage musical version was written in 1992 from the original 1969 rock opera and features the classics Pinball Wizard, See Me, Feel Me and Acid Queen, along with new songs written by Pete Townshend.
Show director Andy Osborne said: “The songs are addictive and memorable and the show is a vast improvement on the 1975 film in many ways. We even have some of the original 1996 West End stars coming to one of our performances”.
Tickets are on sale now from the Beccles Public Hall box office or online at www.becclespublichall.com
