A BLEND of Irish dance music and English guitar wizardry comes to Halesworth tomorrow week.

Harpist Máire Ní Chathasaigh and guitarist Chris Newman bring their eclectic folk music to The Cut, an addictive and stylish cocktail of evocative old songs and striking new compositions.

Harpist Máire Ní Chathasaigh and guitarist Chris Newman bring their eclectic folk music to The Cut, an addictive and stylish cocktail of evocative old songs and striking new compositions.

The innovative harping of Máire Ní Chathasaigh landed her the title of Irish Traditional Musician of the Year in 2001, and the virtuosity and versatility of guitarist Chris Newman has been heard all over the world.
