BECCLES Choral Society is holding an open evening on Tuesday in the Public Hall.

They will be singing some well known pieces, and beginning to rehearse for the April concert.

Beccles Choral Society has a talented, experienced and good-humoured conductor in Philip Simms, and the last concert, Deck the Hall, was performed to a packed hall. The open evening will start at 7.30pm.

The choir meets on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm. The next concert is on April 17 and will include Dvorak's Mass in D Major.

If you think you might like to join, you may attend another two rehearsals before committing yourself to join.

Fees for the next term, including the concert, are £35, except for those in full time education, for whom membership is free.
